On 28 Aug. I agreed an 18 month deal for £29 including fast fibre £21.50 per month, unlimited UK calls for £5 p/m and international saver for £2.50 p/m. Since then I find calls to Zimbabwe are blocked; nor can Zimbabwe numbers get through to me. either on the phone or e-mail. This is the only country I use for international calls. Also I keep getting a message on my e-mail 'not responding'. My a/c no. is***********

Customer: Internet connection OK. Check mail from Outlook I think
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: No. Before arranging this deal I used Phone Cheap and always got through to Zimbabwe.
