JA: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?
Customer: Never done that before, normally l go into settings, general and reset settings this normally works
JA: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?
Customer: pwr link st81 wi fi

Can you please hold the power button on the phone until you see a menu and choose power off.
