Hi I can’t get to my emails is there a number I can call it’s been since the 30th of September and there are emails and I need. Special as we are back in lockdown and I’ve been shielding since March
JA: How's your Internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?
Customer: My internet is fine and it is my outlook account. I have been blocked now for the next 24 hours. Is there some way of getting this sorted today.
JA: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?
Customer: No it’s telling me to reset password ***** I’ve got no clue what the password ***** ***** I’ve had this account for years.And a phone number I have know clue what it is because I have had this number for 8 years

I have tried to rest my password ***** it will not let me because I can’t answer all the questions Skype I had in 2009 then stopped using it. I sent up my password ***** outlook at the same time

Okay Jason if I get in touch tomorrow. Will you be working around the time I got locked out? What time did I get locked out because I think the best way to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again is to get someone from your team to walk me through it step by step

Okay Jason Jones ThankYou for your help. But I don’t know how you are meant to remember some of the questions they ask you. I’ve changed bank twice moved since having Skype. Would it be better to open another outlook account will my emails still get to me. I will give you a rating Thank you again.
