We have a Chrysler Grand Voyager which is just under 3 years

Customer Question

We have a Chrysler Grand Voyager which is just under 3 years old. We drove the car yesterday with no problem. Today, neither key fob works to unlock the car. The only access to the car is through the front passenger door by decoupling the key part of the fob from the fob. I've inserted the fob into the ignition but nothing happens. I can't open any other doors or switch on lights. Everything is dead. Any suggestions PLEASE!!

Many thanks
