Often I have a message that flashes up that says scan to computer no longer active. We can do remote support session. I have tried using HP scan doctor which says issue is fixed, but clicking on scanner symbol doesn't work. I have reinstalled software via HP site but that hasn't worked. I have disabled Windows firewall temporraily but that didn't make a difference
