Try updating the driver and check if it helps:
a. Click on 'Start' and type 'Device Manager' in the start search box and press enter.
b. Click on "Sound, video, and game controllers" to expand the list.
c. Right-click on IDT High definition audio codec and 'Update driver'.
d. If there are no update available, then go ahead and reinstall the driver by clicking on 'Uninstall'.
e. Restart the PC.
Can you please right click and uninstall the driver in device manager
and restart the computer ?
Restart the computer after that the audio will be reinstalled automatically
Please download the driver from above and install it and restart the computer .
