I have an Officejet Pro 6830. it copies and scans fine and I can send scans to a computer. but it won't print. we have 2 laptops and one phone to print from and it doesn't take any.

Hi ,

My name is***** am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

I will be glad to assist you with this.

First, make sure the printer is connected to your wireless network, try rebooting your router also. Unplug the power cord to the router then reconnect power.

  1. On the printer control panel, touch theWireless icon , and then touch the Wireless Menu icon .

  2. Touch Wireless Settings, then touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

    The printer searches for available wireless networks.

  3. Touch the name of your wireless network, then follow the instructions on the printer control panel to connect the printer to your wireless network.
