Hoping you can solve an issue for me......I get a lot of music files sent to me via wetransfer or dropbox and in the last few weeks the files begin to download perfectly but then stop after a certain time and never get to the end. I try restarting and doing it again but it's not doing anything now. Before then it was all great and there were no problems at all...... I just wonder if I've pressed a wrong button or something for this to have happened? Hope you can help........

I am on PC (Windows) and have tried in both Firefox and Internet Explorer


Can you please press the windows key + R and type in the run box


Press enter

Delete all the files and folders listed there, skipping any files windows says are in use.

These are temporary internet files and will be regenerated when needed.

then restart the computer and tell me how it then performs please
