okay, can you exit the teamviewer client. then run it again? and kindly check if the user ID and password ***** ***** the same as the one you sent me.

if you see a firewall window put a check on the boxes and click okay.

and if you have an antivirus installed kindly disable it momentarily while the teamviewer is running. thanks
