I have a problem to restore my OS in Dell OptiPlex 7060,

Customer: I have a problem to restore my OS in Dell OptiPlex 7060, Dell OS Recovery tool can not detect my network adapter.
JA: What's the brand, model, and Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: Dell OptiPlex 7060 and wanted to restore the OS (Win 10)
JA: What have you tried so far with your computer?
Customer: downloaded the Dell recovery tool and created the USB, its booting up but seems that its looking for wireless adapter and said can not detect network adapter. I don't have wireless adapter on this desktop.
JA: What's the brand/model and Operating System (OS) of your laptop?
Customer: I have NIC wired (built-in) port

Downloaded the Dell OS recovery tool and created a USB drive, boot up the desktop with USB, but in Reset icone, said unable to detect the network adapter.
