Hi, Looking for some help with extending a wifi signal across 4 houses. Currently using Devolo adapters that run through the electrical system but that doesn't seem powerful enough. Looking now for a hard-wired solution, perhaps via Ethernet cables and using routers. Thanks! Nick
Thank you for your question, my name is Richard.

If you can run a Cable, then purchase a wireless access point, like this one.

Click Me

You connect the network cable from the main router, into it, and it will create its own wireless network you can connect to at the end of the houses.

This will provide you the best solution.

If you would like any additional information or assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know.

And if you can take a second to rate my service, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Is an access point better than an N Router?

Yes, a router will not work for you Nick, it must be an access point.

Great Richard - thanks!

Would one access point per house be enough do you think?

I presume I would need to run 4 individual ethernet cables from the back of my Orange wifi router ?

Yes, easily, on per normal size house is ample Nick.

As they are design for a house.

Feel free to ask for more information.
