Customer Question

I have 33 books on my Kindle touch and bought a new book on the weekend but it can't download. When I checked settings it says there were no wi-fi networks found. Never had this problem before but did change from Sky to Virgin wi-fi in Oct 2013 and don't think I have bought anything for the Kindle since then. Tried restarting router and Kindle. None of that works. Help!

Can you disconnect the power from your wifi router please.

Then hold the power button to off on the Kindle for 35 seconds, and release.

Plug the power back into your Wifi router and wait 5 minutes.

Turn on the Kindle and try to see your wifi network (go to the wifi settings on the Kindle).

If you see it, press on it and choose to connect.

Once it has connected, it will then have internet and the purchased book will then appear.

Let me know the results please

Thank you
