Customer Question

I have had this computer apple mac about 10 years, apart from finger trouble, it has been very good machine, but recently the cooling fans are coming on more frequent when I switch the computer on.
Can you help and give me a reason, the computer is still working ok.
Model Apple Mac SS X Version 10.6.8.
I also have a Kindle. When I switch the Kindle on and try to use it, it turns the network off.
Any ideas, I have to restart wireless network an that dose not always work.
Thanks for any information you can give me. ***** *****.

My name is***** will assist you.
I am sorry to hear that you are having this issue.
The Mac issue with the cooling fans could be due to dust collected it the system. Cleaning the dust with canned air and vaccum will allow more air flow through and keep the CPU temperature under control.
Let me know the model number and brand name of your wireless router/modem and I will check on that issue for you as well.
