I have recently replaced a faulty router and since cannot print a booklet on my Brother HL-3150CDW laser printer. The format is A5 (A4 folded). it is a 12 page magazine which is 3 A4 pages printed double sided. I am using Microsoft Publisher on a Dell laptop running Windows 8. The printer prints the first page ok, but then the message appears on the printer screen 'cancel printing'. I have printed this booklet many times before changing the router, quite successfully.

Can you do me a favor and remove the Printer driver from your PC.

Please follow the instructions below:

VanMagnus Systems :

  1. Open Printers by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clickingPrinters.

  2. Right-click the printer that you want to remove, and then click Delete.

If you can't delete the printer, right-click it again, click Run as administrator, and then click Delete. If you are prompted for an administrator password ***** confirmation, type the password ***** provide confirmation.

The above action will remove the printer from your PC. Then reboot your system please.

Then install the latest Printer driver for Windows 8.

Then Print the Document Sir or Madame. It should Print as per normal.
