My provider is TalkTalk, and the router is

Dina Super Router HG 635

Hardware version G.101

Supplied December 2014 went live 24th December, no problems since speed stabilisation completed about 2nd January..

Router has six lights, l-r Power, Broadband,Internet, Wireless, Ethernet and TV. Until Friday am all lights were lit, since then TV light is not .

Thanks Malcolm
Remove the power from the router and wait 15 minutes.
Then plug the power back in, turn on the router and tell me if the light now comes up please.

Have powered up again after 20 minutes - no change, unfortunately

ok, it will then either be the port on the router or the line has failed.
Can you call 0870(###) ###-####
Once verified on the phone, provide your address and have them run a test on the line to see if it has faulted.
Let me know the results please

Called TalkTalk tech, they tested lines etc, got me to repeatedly turn off equipment in all configurations, and left me to it.

I will now purchase a new router, as I'm convinced that's the problem, tho' can't get them, to admit it!!

Thanks for your help.

It would be the only reason left though if they supplied the router they should replace it at no cost. Let me know how it goes please.
