Customer Question

Hi, delighted to find a person. I am just trying to set up my youview system and getting a message to contact support because the system cannot find any signals or rather channels. I have tried alternative connectionsusing aerial points and an input into the skybox but no luck.
Assistant: Thank you. Can you provide any more details to help us find you the right Expert?
Customer: Sorry, not really as all I have is no channels.

Do you have a YVMxxx error indication in your YouView box's error code?

If so, please tell me what the three numbers ('xxx') in the error code are.

(It might be YVM5008, but I have to ask, please.)
