Hi,
I'm sorry about your TV Wi-Fi wireless connection issue. I'm glad to assist you today. What's the make / model of your new internet modem router device? Can you please keep pressing the key 0 (zero) on the remote in order to find the hyphen?
Please reply at the box below, then click on the Send button below. Thank you,

Pressing 0 does not work I’m afraid
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 2 months ago.

I'm sorry. The TV remote is limited. We can try to change your router's Wi-Fi password ***** something else without any special character. What's the make / model of your new internet modem router device? Do you have a Windows or Mac computer?

Please reply at the box below, then click on the Send button below. Thank you for your patience.

Do you see any model located at the back or bottom of your new EE router? What's the make and model of your computer, if any? Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

It’s an EE smart hub, there’s no make on it

When I go to the website for EE hub I don’t get the options you list
Expert:  Viet - Network Tech replied 2 months ago.

At the EE hub website, do you see option Advanced settings or option Basic? Thank you.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I get 8 boxes on screen with headings: status, Wireless, Help, Hub light control, Broadband performance test, Restart the smart hub and Advanced settings

Please select option Advanced settings > Wireless > security password, and change, then save. (Or try the wireless option.) Thank you.

Select option Advanced settings , then option Wireless, then option Security password, and enter a new wireless password ***** want, and save. (Or option Basic > Wireless settings > Wireless password.)
