JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Hum Dtr-t2000 1tb Youview. TalkTalk router. I don't know the OS.
JA: Who makes your router?

JA: What have you tried so far?
Customer: Checked the wiring and turned off and on the router.
