since monday my internet has been inoperative - I have had BT out to ensure the line is OK which it is, broadband is OK so wehar is the problem
JA: What device are you trying to connect?

JA: Does your network appear in the Wi-Fi list on your 250?
Customer: I cannot help you IK am computor iliterate
JA: Which lights are solid and which are blinking on your router?
