And do you get any errors? How are you connecting it? I see that this model has a LAN port, can you connect directly with it using a LAN cable?
Sure, for testing purpose I am saying if you can get your laptop to directly connect using a LAN cable and then see if it works, this way we will know if issue is at switches or routers.

OK, I thought you are on a laptop and using WIFi so you can also use the LAN Cable.

OK, as you have just moved so I am assuming all devices have been restarted atleast once?

This model is not listed on QNAP - there is TS-559 Pro+

You would need to map the drive again as the IP address has changed, also if you were using static before then you need to turn on DHCP and make sure dynamic IP is allocated or assign the static IP again.
