JA: Is there a specific language you're coding in?
Customer: just excel
JA: When did you last update Excel?
Customer: unsure as my laptop does automatic updates
JA: What have you tried so far with your Excel?
Customer: just that first line i sent you, its the only thing i didnt consider until i was half way through adding teams and results
JA: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: thats it really, just need a formula to calculate if cell is a W=0 L<7=1 L>7=0

Simplifying it - If it's an L AND less than 7 put a "1". Anything else is a "0". :D
