I want to cancel parental guidance on bbciplayer as I am the only person in my house. I set up iplayer yesterday but forgotten password. I have put my mother’s maiden name in but it is not accepting it . Please help me as it is driving me mad. I want to watch further episodes of Golddigger
JA: Who makes your media player? How old is it?
Customer: Panasonic about 3yrs old
JA: What have you tried so far with your Panasonic media player?
Customer: i can go on to my hand held unit and access the BBC I player icon, it when I scroll down to the Golddigger series it asks for password ***** I have either forgotten it or it is wrong. Can I change my password ***** also remove parental guidance ?

I am asking though why you did not do the instructions I twice sent you? You only replied "please hurry" yet I am waiting on you to do the instructions.
