Have you tried using the Remove Duplicates button from the Excel Data tab?
Will copying the column into another column work and then removing duplicates? You'll still have the full data in the original column then.
If you use the following formula, it will remove the duplicates (i.e. if row above is the same, show blank)
If you sort column A by time, and then use the above formula, it will get rid of the duplicate times.
Ok, but what logic do you want for the 2nd column? If next row in column in A is only one minute less round up?
Umm. So you don't just want to round up to the nearest 5 minutes, e.g. 9:48, 9:49 to 9:50 and 9:51, 9:52 to 9:55?
I'm still not completely clear on the logic. E.g. why wouldn't B18 be 12:23 since it is within 5 mins?
