it is asking for password, which we put in, but not accepting

ok, then you need to reset the password XXXXX Steve.

Click on this link to do this

Choose the option, "I have a problem with my password"

Complete this, reset the password XXXXX use this new password XXXXX log in.

Also use this new password XXXXX Outlook Express.
