Hi, Iomegas Home Media Network Hard Drive Cloud Edition

Iomega’s Home Media Network Hard Drive Cloud Edition 2TB not working. Light on, not booting up, seems to have crashed. Do I press 'reset' button? Have changed to OSX Mountain Lion as well and previous backups are not showing. Help!
