can you please remove the usb receiver from the computer and reattach it to another port and see if that solves the issue pls
If that does not works, press the sync/connect button located in the receiver and on the mouse together for few seconds and check if that solves the issue
where do i find sync connect button and where is receiver on dell inspiron?
Receiver is the small piece of usb adapter that came with the mouse itself
It should be attached to one of your USB ports, check pls
For the mouse, sync button should be below the mouse
do you mean on off button on mouse? if not where is it?

click on start button on left bottom corner
type Logitech Unifying in search field and click nter
