I now get a wi-fi set up box asking for my password. I have entered both possible passwords - I had to change this due to an intrusion- and it could have been after I originally entered the kindle. It still says incorrect password.

okay, that will be a different password. Do you have any other devices connected wireless to your wifi network?
If you have a Windows computer that is currently connected to the Internet through the wireless router

  • Right-click your wireless network name, and then select Properties.
  • Click on the security heading, Select Show characters to display the wireless network password.

okay, is your Hub's wireless key on the label of the Hub?In this example, the SSID is BTHomeHub2-ABCD and the wireless key is 1234abcdef.
