My Internet Explorer has been hanging for the last 10 months but now it has been taken over by BT all my programnes are not working can you help I have tried several experts and no luck

I am so tired I am old and we are not getting anywhere unfortunately but we have tried thankyou perhaps another day you may be able to sort it out for me hope so. I had no replies

Hi I did all that and we did connect but I could not click on the java or the other one and it just kept repeating itself I think I clicked on tha t message 14 times and still it would not work after 1 hour I thought better to lleav it alone

We need to do a reset of Internet Explorer

To do this

1) Close all open Internet Explorer Windows
2) Open One Internet Explorer window
3) click the tools or settings Wheel top Right
4) Click Internet options > then the Advanced tab > then Click Reset and Reset again.
5)Close internet Explorer and re-open and see if you still have the Issue

Then test - if you still have an issue then do this

Go to :

Download and Install Firefox -

Firefox is a browser like Internet Explorer , But faster and More secure.

Once Installed open Firefox and see if you have the same issue in Firefox
