Could you please explain how did you replaced the hard drive ?
unplugged old one and plugged another in !!
from where you got the new hard drive ?
I mean from another computer or its a new one purchased ?
I save reinstalling software I used drive from another computer

Reboot the HP computer
and press F10
to bring BIOS menu
Make sure all discs and devices are removed or disconnected from the computer, except for the mouse, keyboard and monitor.Turn on the computer and immediately press the F10 key repeatedly, about once every second, until the BIOS Setup tool opens.
Use the left and right arrow keys to select Storage .Use the up and down arrow keys to select Device Configuration , and then press Enter .
Verify that a hard drive is listed under Hard Disk.
In advanced there is BIOS Power-on
Yes look for Hard drive is listed there or not ?
The hard disk is listed
ok tell me the name that is listed there
SATAO 250 GB, Samsung SSD 840 Series
Is there already windows installed on the HDD ?
Yes has been working OK on another computer
Do you know how many partitions are there inside of the HDD
Only one I think. I have tried another hard drive with operating system on and still
please restart again and enter to BIOS setup
and look for boot device priority >> First Boot Device
Boot order:UEFI Boot Sources
No hard drive listed
No sorry there is USB Hard Drive
there look for SYSTEM CONFIGURATION>LEGACY SUPPORT>"ENABLE" IT
in BIOS menu
Not sure where to find

after enabling the legacy support save the settings and restart
