Hi there,

Ideally, try contacting the repair tech if possible.

If he cannot help, then the netbook will need to be reset to its default factory settings.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I had already thought of that but being a net book have no idea how you install drivrs if it tells you too, only really need this netbook for my music

Hi Dawn,
Press and hold F6 during the BIOS startup - this should get you into recovery mode, where you can select to restore the netbook to its factory settings.
The Windows 7 drivers and installation files are stored on a separate partition of the netbook.

So if I press f6 as the netbook is first starting up and hold it down then I can opt to restore to factory settings and it won't affect the drivers and it will be totally useable ?

Let me know how it goes.
