My name isXXXXX and I have been using my kindle for months and have paid with my Visa Direct Debit card, but now every book selected is blocked by a request for a Credit Card set up. I have no use for a Credit Card. What should I do?

You need to add the Debit card back to your account please.

To do this, via your computer, click on this link

Scroll to "Kindle 1-Click Payment."
Click "Edit Payment."

Make sure your Debit card is saved there, and no other cards.

Once saved, hold the power button down on the Kindle for about 30 seconds, then release.

Then turn on the Kindle and tell me please if you still have the problem.
