Is it the password XXXXX unlock the screen? or to access the Book Store on the Kindle?

You need to enter in the password


It is going to remove all content and return the Kindle to new. You will need to set it up again, but all your books will be available once you have registered with your Amazon account again. It is the only way to remove the password.

For your WIFI password, what internet modem do you have? eg: BT Hub?

internet modem is a BTHub
