I will assist you. To view all the other available channels, you need to access the manual tune / non-freesat mode on your digital box.

To do this, simple access the relevant menu as follows:


Once you have carried out the search (which can take some time!) you will be taken into non-freesat mode, where you can view the channels.

To switch between Freesat and non-freesat mode you need to select the following menu options:

STB MODE (press the right arrow to switch between the two modes then press ok)
