What is the error you get when you try to connect to the wifi?

1The PlusnetWireless7E8894 comes up in red 'Authentication problem'

and will not proceed. I am unable to register or connect to Wi-Fi. It is probable me not used to the system.

The problem is the password.

Do you have a windows computer already connected to wifi? And if so, which version of Windows?

I have Windows XP.


It is a little harder with Windows XP, so I propose to log on and look please on the connected computer?

It is easier to work with you on this. You can see and control everything I do

Can you please go to

Click on Download in the top right.

Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"

Click on Download and download and run the program.

It will give you an ID and a Password.

Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password XXXXX your next message to me here.

I can then connect to your computer.
