Hi as again the email is coming back as covered according to JustAnswer's rules and regulations that email addresses should not be exposed ([email protected] ). Remoting to your computer means that I will have access to your computer from my side and you also have full control so it's similar to screen sharing but I can look at the situation in more detail and try recovering from your email account without you having to send me any email address or passwords etc.

I just need to know whether, in theory, it is possible to access a deleted e mail of 6 to 9 months duration.
Websites I have read suggest that 30 days is the maximum to access.
I am not computer literate but a friend is and I would need him with me if you were going to talk me through various mechanisms like 'remote' the computer.
