Are you there?

Do you have any other accounts on this computer?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Sorry Iwas called to the phone. No I only have one account

you might have to reinstall the operating system unfortunately or if you have important documents or files you may want to take the computer to a computer store where they will try and recover the password XXXXX you.

There are some tools out there that you can use but they are complicated and risky to a certain degree. Also they are not tools i can work with I am not in front of your computer. Example of a good one is The Trinity Rescue Kit.

Here are some tips to help remember the password

Could your Windows 7 password XXXXX had anything to do with:

a favorite food?
your home or office address?
a frequently dialled telephone number?
something from your childhood?
a favorite number or set of numbers?
your name?
the name of a friend, family member, or pet?
a loved one's birthday?
a combination of any of the above?
