I have lost access to video clips on my pc. I run windows 7 and have recently updated Java. Could this be the problem? If so how can I sort it?

No I dont receive error, just hangs without connecting. same with facebook links, sports clips etc

Oh, are you having this issue with Internet Explorer? If so, please do this now:

Close ALL open windows (including this one.)

Go to Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options.

Click on the Advanced tab, then click Reset > Reset. Next, click OK.

Re-open the browser, then check if the issue is resolved.
