I have an additional Sony Computer which I do not use all that often. I tried it today but I have forgetten the Password ***** open it. It keeps saying that a clue is TRAVEL. I have tried all the links I can think of but to no avail. Is there a way of finding how to open it or must I take it to a Dealer? Thanks

It has Windows Vista and if I can't open it I don't see how I can reset it fresh.

Thank you. There is a windows password ***** program, which you burn to a blank disk on a working computer, then use it to boot from the problematic computer:

But that can be complicated; it's easier to reset the computer fresh. Turn off the Sony computer, then turn it back on, then right away, keep tapping key F10 until a recovery menu appears, and continue.

If needed, right after turning on the computer, keep tapping at the same time the two keys Alt and F10.
If needed, try key F8, or F11 also.
