DPI Screen Resolution Problem - I have a monitor connected

This answer was rated:

DPI Screen Resolution Problem - I have a monitor connected to a laptop through a docking station. I never use the screen of the laptop so the lip is closed. Using the monitor the DPI display is set to 100%. Even so I can not see in full some of the windows. I think there is something else (other program) that might override the windows settings to a higher DPI even if I see clearly that is set to 100%., can you help?
My name is Jason. I look forward to helping you today.
I can see that you may need a little bit of extra help.
Do you still need help with this problem? If so, may I start a screen sharing session on your computer and help you resolve the problem?
Thank you.
