I mistakenly allowed Google Chrome on my computer and it seems to have deregistered my email name and wants me to give another ending in .com. I am happy to lose Google Chrome. I need to keep my email as *****@******.***. Could you please help me with this.
Hi, and thank you for asking your question.

When you open up Google Chrome, does it automatically prompt you to sign in to this other email account?

Would you like me to set up a remote session (NO extra charge), which will allow me to connect directly to your screen and assist you quickly with this issue?

Keep me posted.

Thank you. I always get this prompt. I would be grateful if you would set up a remote session to deal with this.

All right, let's get started with the remote session now. Please open up the following link:

Join the session, then an 'Elsinore Screen Connect' file will be downloaded.

OPEN/RUN the file from your downloads - and I'll be connected.

PS - If we are not connected in five minutes, please reply back to me below.
Your issue has now been resolved through the remote session.
