I am trying to open word documents that I have saved into my documents and created shortcuts to desktop, I was in these documents earlier tonight with no problems but am now getting error message shwoing the personla configuration files is corrupted and must be deleted. When I click no I get another message showing that pen cannot be started due to an error in accessing the configuration data and to contact system administrator. Can you help resolve this issue without me losing the information in the documents

the first one is the personal configuration file file:///C:/ USER/App date roaming/open is corrupted and must be deleted to continue. Some of your personal settings may be lost. Do you want to continue startupof without the corrupted configuartion date

Did this happen, when you double click the files to open the word program or you directly open the word program ?

it happens if I double click to open the document and when I right click and go to open document

I can open a blank microsoft document from programmes but I cannot open any of my saved documents in documents folders

the message I recieve is remote utilities has stopped working, a problems caused the programme to stop working correctly Windows will close the programm and notify you oif a solution is available

This can be caused by Windows Vista, as this version of windows is the most unstable version. Please click the link below for another program.
