I let the battery on my kindle get too low, and although I have now recharged it, the screen has frozen with a picture of a battery and a USB plug. How can I restart it?
Welcome, I am Cory. I will be assisting you today.

It sounds like there maybe a glitch in the firmware.

Please remove the case if you have it in one and unplug it from a charging source, if connected. Press in and hold the power button/on switch for 30 seconds, this will reset the firmware. Please wait up to 3 minutes for it to restart. If it does not come on, please try to turn it on normally after 3 minutes.

Please continue to hold it, even if the green light comes on and goes off.

If your Kindle still has issues, please reply and we will troubleshoot further.

Thank you for your offer. Here is another problem.

I have a small home network and I have been trying to connect a 2nd hand Konica Minolta C350 copier/printer to it.

Although I have downloaded the latest driver and checked the connections, the KM350C will not respond to the test page print command sent to it by the PC which is running on Windows 7. It has in the past worked when using another PC, and it still makes colour photocopies when operated as a free standing copier. It just won't print even when I set it as the default printer and connect it direct to the PC, bypassing the network.! It shows up OK on the network map so I am foxed!

I thank you for the 2nd question, but due to site policy, it has to be asked in a new question in the Printer or Networking Category.

Let me know if you have any questions about this,

OK. Don't worry about it. It is not important.
