Hello and thank you for bringing your problem to Just Answer. I will be happy to assist with your problem. Can you tell what this is for? A tablet, laptop, desktop?

JACUSTOMER-22y1izit- :

its a samsung galaxy s4

Scott L :

You will need a

Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter
Scott L :

You will need a Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter. You can get one cheap from amazon by searching for usb otg. Or you should be able to get one from a cell phone store as well. You will also need a usb mouse. With the adapter you can use the mouse to put in your passcode.

Have got a leed to conect to lap top and got usb mouse

Scott L :

he adapter I am referring to allows you to connect the mouse directly to the phone and will give you a mouse cursor to use on the screen of the phone. Connecting to your laptop will not do any good for you in this situation.

The screen is blank with littel yellow and green dots

If you have registered a Samsung Account from your phone you should be able to go to the following website and login. from there you can unlock your phone.

No i did not registered with samsung

Unfortunately there is no way to get the data that is on the internal memory of the phone in your situation. Although having the screen repaired should not affect the data on your phone. The only data you will be able to remove would be the data on your microSD card.
