E-mails which are not junk are being placed in my SPAM box

Customer Question

E-mails which are not junk are being placed in my SPAM box and deleted before I have time to read them. I get the message that I cannot change this but I understand it is possible to correct this. Monica Smith

Hi, I am A. Stevens here to help with your question!

Monica - can you tell me what website or program you are using to access your email?

What you can do, is mark these trouble emails as "Not Spam" so that they will deliver to your inbox.

Dependent on how you are accessing your email, the method may be different.
