I am unable to download 'books' onto my kindle. the kindle has been updated - I am wondering if I'm still logged on with you - I have had problems with my internet which has now been sorted - but have had to change my internet access code help please

Are you sure the Kindle is registered with the same Amazon account that you used to purchase the books? As the books will only go to a device using the same account.
If your not sure, tell me the model of the Kindle you are using please.
