I am having problems with mail vanishing from the server and from my inbox on Tuesday 6 months of mail was wiped form my inbox and from webmail.
I have had no luck with my internet provider so I am hoping you can do something to stop this happening.

First, can you tell me all the devices that are connected and retrieving mail from the server? eg: Smartphones, Computers, Tablets ect.

ok, it is likely that one of these devices is set to remove the emails from the server after downloading.
Start with check the settings on the desktop and laptop first as it is a setting within email clients Molly.
If your not sure how, tell me which program is on it and I can tell you how to check.
I can also do these steps , and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) . Or if you do not choose to take this service, we can continue here. This is no problem at all. Just let me know please.

Can you please go to
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
