I followed the steps and lost you and could not get back until now. The only option I was offered was to pay another £28 to reconnect. I would like this refunded.

The problem still exists.

Is it possible to talk through this on the phone or can you take control of my computer remotely?

There was no request to pay 28 pounds to reconnect, so I am not sure what you did.
But do you now wish to have a refund as I see you request one from me but also want me to fix the issue?

No sorry, if your requesting a refund, then you can get one here.
I am not prepared to work on fixing this and then provide you a refund.
I believe you can see how this would not be fair.

Can you please go to
Click on Download in the top right.
Go down to "TeamViewer Quicksupport"
Click on Download and download and run the program.
It will give you an ID and a Password.
Please give me the ID (leave a space between each character eg: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9) and the password ***** your next message to me here.
Do not close the program, but leave it open.
I can then connect to your computer.
