Sorry if I didn't make. It clear,, the problem is with the television. We cannot get any programmes. It says the signal is weak.

Can you remove the power from it and wait 10 minutes.
Then plug the power back in and tell me if you still get the error please.

It was the firmware that had an issue, and needed a hard restart. We did this just then. It will now be ok.
