when I click for download I am asked to click on windows icon at bottom right hand in tray I do not have this icon

Ok, check for the up arrown in the bottom right as for your computer it is likely hidden.
Then you should see it.
Its 4 squares, white, in the form of the window.
I can also do these steps for you, and have made a request via Additional Services. This is optional, and if you choose to do this, I can, with your permission, remote into your computer while you watch and do all these steps (and deal with any problems that arise during them) for you.
