Sorry but the Humax does not store your post code on it.
Can you tell me please the issue as I see tart menu but not clear on this.

Initially I set the post code to Wales. Now I want to reset it to Aberdeen. I tried to get the window to enter the codes but I was unable. John

ok, you then have a custom firmware and will need the device reset.
To do this, call 0344(###) ###-####and they can then reset it for you.
